Dirks Car Wash Shadyside Express

Dirk's Car Wash has become part of my self-care routine — bad day? Car wash. Tough meeting? Car wash. Heading out to dinner? Car wash. My premium membership gives me up to 15 washes a month, and even though I don't hit that number, the value is there every single time I go. What keeps me coming back is the people. The attendants are professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — they'll offer a car scent, mat cleaning with spray and towels, and they even keep dog treats on hand for my pup. They're on it rain, sleet, or shine, and they're thoughtful about closing time too, giving a heads-up instead of just shutting things off mid-experience. If you're on the fence about the membership, get it. It's convenient, consistent, and the staff make it feel personal every time.

While it was technically used, it was in nearly flawless condition. I had been checking it regularly and even have photos from just days before the wash showing the paint in great shape. Shortly after going through the wash, I noticed scratches that were not there beforehand based on my inspections and photos. What made this worse was how everything was handled. There is no clear contact number for management, which made it difficult to follow up. When I finally got in touch with a manager, he set up a time to meet me, but never showed up. After waiting about 20 minutes, I reached him, and instead of coming out, he had staff take more pictures. I still did not get any update until I followed up again a week and a half later. That is when I was told the

Can’t beat a trial of the car wash before becoming a member! The whole area is very clean and the attendants were attentive the entire time. The premium wash was quick, yet thorough and the spot is very convenient to grab a quick wash and make it a part of my weekly routine!

Didn’t sign up for a membership, just in town and needed a quick wash. Our car gets dirty quickly because of where we park it. Attensants upgraded us for free seeing the car needed extra love! Nice service. Quick easy satisfying.
